Past Student Awards

The Past Student Awards have been established to: 

  • recognise the many achievements of St Margaret's Past Students, both professionally and personally
  • celebrate the diverse achievements of Past Students and provide an opportunity to share stories of success
  • increase connections between the School and Past Students to honour their legacy.

There are three award categories:

  • Distinguished Past Student (for alumnae who have passed their 20th reunion)
  • Young Past Student of Distinction (for alumnae in their 20th reunion year or younger)  
  • Spirit of Service Past Student Award (open to all alumnae)

How to Nominate

  1. Complete the 2026 Nomination Form (return via post/email or online via the link below).
  2. You are welcome to provide an optional written statement (maximum 500 words) detailing why the nominee deserves to be recognised and how they meet the criteria for the award.
  3. Nominations may also include supporting evidence: awards, media clippings, electronic media footage, etc. (maximum of 3 attachments).
  4. Any incomplete nominations or nominations submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Nominations are to be forwarded electronically or in hard copy.
  5. Completed nominations must be received by 5pm (AEST) Friday 14 November 2025.
